We design every TRUODA piece with care. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be shipped within this 14-day period.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Returns sent to us without prior registration, or using an independently arranged courier not issued through our return portal, will not be accepted and may be refused upon arrival.
Returns are accepted from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom. We are unable to accept returns shipped from the United States or other countries at this time. If you are based outside the EU/UK and have a concern about your order, please contact us directly at hello@truoda.com and we will find a suitable resolution.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For returns from outside the Netherlands, any customs duties or import charges are the sender's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 3 additional business days to appear. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at hello@truoda.com within 48 hours of delivery with a brief description and clear photographs. Our team will review your request within 24 hours and propose a resolution.
